While the vast majority of our memorials are shipped either to the dealer or directly to the customer, via UPS Ground, memorials can also be shipped by Common Carrier or our own trucks if the need arises. If, depending on your location we can deliver on our trucks, your memorials will be shipped on pallets.

If shipped via UPS, your memorial will be suspended on foam supports inside a double walled container in much the same way computers are shipped. Because of this packaging method, it is possible one or more corners of the container might be crushed during shipment. This should not cause damage to the memorial. However, if there is any damage to the container, we recommend that you inspect the memorial before you accept and sign for delivery.

UPS charges are calculated at the time of order. Charges for other delivery methods will be established based on your location and actual delivery costs.
